We get it — you've been trained to expect a package on your doorstep before you've even closed the browser tab. But here's the thing: that kind of speed comes at a cost, and it's usually the planet picking up the tab.

Most of our garments are made to order. That means we're not cranking out massive batches of inventory to sit in a warehouse, hoping someone eventually buys them. Because the not-so-glamorous reality of fast fashion is that a lot of that overstock ends up as waste - unsold, unwanted, and far too often - in a landfill. By making your piece once you actually order it, we cut down on excess, reduce waste, and keep things intentional. Less stuff piled up for the sake of it. Just what's needed, when it's needed.

We're also small and scrappy - and we kind of love that about us. We're not a billion-dollar operation with same-day drones and a warehouse the size of a small country. We're real people making real things with care, and that takes a little more time (and a lot more heart).

So here's what you can expect:

• Fulfillment: Roughly 6–10 days to make and prep your order. During high-volume stretches or major holidays, it might lean toward the longer end — thanks for rolling with us.
• Shipping: Generally another 3–4 days once it's on its way to you.

Think of it less as "waiting" and more as anticipation: your threads are being made for you, not pulled off a pile. And every day in between is one more small choice that adds up to a lighter footprint and a better way of doing things.
